Free UK delivery for orders over £100

After you place an order with us, tracking information is sent via email, please note for Royal Mail 2nd the tracking number is merely a confirmation of delivery, information online will only available once the item has been delivered.
 
Please keep in mind that during holidays, or sale periods order processing may vary.
 
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address, or an alternative address should this be more appropriate. We take extra care to ensure all your items are received in perfect conditions; therefore we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or costs that may be affected by customs,natural occurrences, transfers to the local carriers in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

RETURNS POLICY


We do not offer returns or refunds due to hygiene purposes. Before using any of our products, Please make sure that you read the list of ingredients and allergens, furthermore please conduct your own patch test prior to using the products on larger areas. In the unfortunate event of a reaction please discard of the product at once. We at Niche Cosmetics only use 100% natural ingredients and state all information in regards to all the products on our website, should you be unsure please contact our Head-office as we cannot be held responsible after you have made the purchase.
 
Please be mindful that due to the natural ingredients in our products, colors and/or textures may appear different in individual products and batches and items will not be replaced or exchanged for this reason.
